An easy way to roast the pumpkin seeds is in the microwave. Remove the big fibres from the seeds but don't wash them. Spray a plate with non stick cooking spray and put the seeds in a single layer on the plate. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook on high in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at a time, stirring often, until they are as dry and crisp as you like.
