RE: Shaping/Baking Tortillas

I have not yet tested this method because I have only fried (EEK) these in the past. Warm the tortilla for a SHORT time in the microwave or over a LOW burner in order to make the tortilla pliable, then working quickly place the tortilla in a bowl and press it down with a custard dish or ramekin; leave everything like this to bake in a HOT oven until tortilla has become crisp. You may have to put dried beans or something in the custard dish or ramekin to weigh it down. Good luck!
