re:Spiced drink-is it Alpine?
Misc. I just looked, and I have a pkg. of Alpine Instant Spiced Cider....apple flavor drink mix. I got it awhile back from Costco...it came in a box with at least 12, if not more...maybe even 24 pouches. It is very good when used as a tea...just pour contents into a mug and add boiling water. I might try the cookie recipe with this stuff. It sounds good. I don't have any dried apples, but it should still be good without them.
Hope this helps a little.
