Thank You: Apple Crisp Cookies Great!! I varied...

Marilyn, TX... I JUST made the apple crisp cookies. I didn't have dried apples, so I added 2 pouches of Alpine Instant Spiced Cider (apple flavoured)instead of only one and increased the raisins to 2 1/2 cups. I DID decrease the sugar because the drink powder is sweet, too. And, you know, I never even missed having the dried apples.
I can hardly wait for my husband to try them. I've already eaten three cookies.
