Misc.Hi---The cinnamon extract can be bought at some pharmacies. As for the wine glass of jelly--I would think about half of a cup. The trick to making this cake is oven temperature and time. These were different then while using wood stoves vs. electric. Be sure to check for doneness and use a couple or so large tube pans.
