Reducing Pork Chop sauce

Misc.
This looks really good. My thought is it didn't get thicker because the pork chops released liquid and it didn't get boiled enough. Instead of altering the ingredients (if you liked the proportions), try removing the chops when they are done to your liking, raise the heat a little and boil the sauce for a few minutes. If you have a fairly lowsided skillet, it shouldn't take long to reduce it to the consistency you want. Be sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't scorch. You can always put the chops back in the skillet to coat them in the sauce when it is reduced.
