Great to hear back from you. I think it would be good if you reposted the entire recipe on TKL but with YOUR changes --- be sure to put yourself in as the "recipe by" person. Afterall, it no longer belongs to whoever wrote the first recipe.

You might make the 'message title' something like Homemade Turkey Pastrami so it comes up easily for anyone searching TKL at a later time.

Good job, Tyloo! I will watch for the results of your beef pastrami.
