Dear Kim,

You are entirely welcome. I would suggest that you purchase The Bread Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German, published by Bristol Publishing Enterprises, Inc. of San Leandro, California. It is the best bread machine cookbook I have ever seen and wil certainly give you lots of ideas. I believe there are 4 volumes, but I like the first one the very best.

In the meantime, try using your dough cycle and making focaccia, rolls, steamed yeast dumplings, pretzels and coffee cake. Let me know if you want specific recipes for any of these. I don't have a database on my computer, but I would be happy to type them out for you.
