Dear Kim,

Phyllo is very labor-intensive. You could certainly make the dough in your machine, but then you have to roll and stretch it on a large table until it is paper-thin. My father and I tried to make it once and it was extremely difficult. I now just buy mine in the frozen food section at my grocery store.

If you do make it yourself, you will need 2 or 3 people to do the stretching and rolling. I wish you the very best and look forward to hearing whether you make it!
