Request: Authentic Shepherd's Pie
Misc.Currently cooking for an Irish man and I've never been to Ireland! Imagine my fear! I need AUTHENTIC IRISH RECIPES --colcannon, shepherd's pie, whatever else the Irish really eat. I have a tendency to "over flavor" my attempts at Irish cooking--he says their food is pretty bland. So, no cookbook recipes unless they are truly authentic. Many thanks!Oh, also looking for some good Pub recipes--what do the Irish serve in their pubs?
