Request help finding recipe for Norway

Hi I am a chef who works on a oil rig in the UK north sea. My Rig is going to work in Norwegian waters and we will be catering for some 80-90 Norwegian workers I know very little about what sort of food they like I do know they like a lot of Fish etc but thats all. pease help if you can
