Rose Water or Orange Flower water

I'm not sure if there is anything there ... but that is where I would look.
I mainly used these products when we were living in the Mediterranean area years ago ... I know I loved to make things with filo/phyllo dough and pistachios and the orange blossom water. I would think you could try something similar to this - making them similar to the frozen mini filo tart shells one can buy ... sort of nut type filling with the water for flavoring ... Also I seem to remember it being used with sort of a sponge type cake cut into squares ... and then topped with something. Sorry I don't have an recipes -but if you can't find on board -check Greek, Turkish, Moroccan, Persian, etc. cookbooks.
