Rudy's Hot Sauce is the Best!

Betsy, I have tried to make Rudy's Hot Sauce from memory and taste. I've come close, but not close enough. Thanks for posting this! I can't wait to try it. I also can't wait for spring after this long, long Oswego County winter and for Rudy's to open!
