HONEY PECAN BUTTER
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter(room temperature)
1/4 cup water (room temperature)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup toasted, chopped pecans
Mix butter, water, and oil in a food processor, slowly pouring in (alternately) the water and oil, allowing the butter to absorb oil and water. Mixture will be very soft.
Add honey and mix until smooth.
Add nuts pulse about 3-4 times to incorporate nuts.
Pour into a butter dish and refrigerate to firm.
