Misc.

I have many Swedish cookbooks and family recipes so I will try Thursday to
post. (Sorry, Brownie meeting tomorrow, haircuts, volunteering at school etc,
etc...) I buy skorpor (pronounced skor-pah) at the Swedish Bakery on Clark St.
in Chicago for my Dad. They make it in Almond, Cardamom, plain, raisin, etc.
flavors. It looks like slices of coffee cake that have been dried/toasted. I
have also seen it made from "Bullar" which are a type of roll. Perhaps this is
what your Mom remembers??? I will try to help if I can.
