Saffron

Yes Don, saffron is very expensive, I bought a bottle some time ago and smashed a few stick for a rice dish, I put the bottle away, the next time I went to use it, The bottle was empty. It must have vaporize, No more saffron for me.
Hope you find a good substitude.
