Morning Seppo,
I,m an idiot!!!!!! I cube the butternut into 1/2 inch cubes so it will cook a
little faster,a splash of tamari sounds great,I,m sure it would work well.So
pleased you enjoyed it.The rec works well with pumpkin and most squashes if you
fancy a change.
