Everybody loved your Tahini Butternut...

I made it for lunch today. I do have one question though. What size are those
cubes of butternut. I cut mine into 1-inch and didn't cover the pan. That
seemed to take quite a while, so I dumped in some veggie stock that I had just
happened to have whipped up, and put a lid on it and it cooked in about 10
minutes or so. Some of it got mushy when I added the tahini and mixed but we
actually liked it alot that way. I was thinking about adding a bit of tamari
next time. Everybody really liked it a lot. Thank you Ms. C.
