Sharon's Rehearsal Dinner

Misc.

Sharon, I did a buffet dinner for my daughter last year for the reception. It
took me two days to do all the food. Of course, I didn't have to haul it, it
was here at the home. I served 50 people. Here is what I served and I can
provide "recipes" if needed:

Assorted sliced veggies for sandwiches (tomatoe, lettuce, onion, etc)
Large chunk of cheese to slice as needed
Sliced turkey breast
Small honey baked ham
these were for sandwiches useing small size egg buns

Meat balls in a sweet and sour sauce (crock pot)
New Potato potato salad
Pasta Salad
Pistacio Salad (daughter's favorite)
Assorted Fruits Salad

Antipasto Tray (my one big $'s splurge)
Assorted Veggies with a dip
Seafood stuffed shells (those jumbo pasta shells)

When I set up the table, I used boxes to create levels on the table. This
allowed for access from one side of the table so you didn't have to reach
across the deep table for items. I don't want to ramble, but if you need more
details, just let me know. I wish you the best. DR
