Shelby-Your mujeddrah is fabulous

I made your recipe today and it is delicious.It definitely has me interested in learning more about Middle Eastern cuisine of which I have no knowledge or experience with.At the Middle Eastern store, the chef/owner suggested I use not the orange lentils[he said the Lebanese use those for soup only]but the green or brown ones which were larger in size,so I did.Everything else was the same though and it turned out great.Thank you for this introduction.The owner of the store I went to told me he would help me and show me anything I might have questions on and he did explain that each country/region has their own distinct flavor which I understand but I am just thrilled.
