Sorry Denise, I don't understand mujeddrah. Can you tell me little more about it? And maybe I can narrow it down? My Arabic isn't all that great (ANYTHING will throw me off track!) and there are a lot of different dialects.
The khoubiz is the bread part. I buy it. Cooking is supposed to be fun! ha ha

Don't be sorry for asking. We'll be here maybe another year and a half. My husband is working with the Kuwaiti Air Force (we both used to be in the marines--- but now I'm a mommy :)). He's American. It's ok here. I tell people that the best thing about Kuwait is the Lebanese food! Food shopping here is neat in that they have so many things that are very inexpensive or hard to get in America. But on the other hand, it's impossible to find black beans. Prepared food is very cheap, too.

I'm rambling.... get back to me about the mujeddrah, ok?
