I absolutely agree with you. I love ful madammas and fetoya.
You might be surprised, but when we went to Prince Edward Island (Canada) last year on holiday, I read in my guide book that they had a substantial Lebanese community in Charlottetown so of course I had to go and eat my favourite dishes. My husband and son passed on them.
I am still looking for the definitive fetoya recipe, my last batch were too lemony. They are low fat which is great too. My sister in Israel has sent me some za'atar and sumac as I have some other recipes I want to experiment with.
