Similar Idea.. Italion Beef

Misc.

I got a recipe off of the Party Board before Christmas for "Best of the Best
Italion Beef" made in the crock pot that is really easy & good. I start mine
before I go to bed then let it cook until about lunch time the next day. Serve
on Hoagie rolls and leave the juice (remove the peppers)in the pot and just dip
out the meat with a slotted spoon. My family really likes this and it works well
for company without going to too much trouble.

Good luck.
