I'm for sure going to try your recipe for rice in the microwave. Have you ever tried basmati rice...we use it all the time here, because it is a a naturally white whole grain, and we just love it! We hardly ever eat anything "white" anymore...I went to make cookies for one of my son's classes the other week, and realised I only had whole wheat, no white flour. It's tough enough growing up, there's no way he would ever live that down! LOL
