Squash Casserole w/parmesan cheese

Misc.

Am looking for a squash casserole that has parmesan cheese as one of the
ingredients, but I don't know if the cheese is used in the body or as a
topping. My husband's mother used to make it about 30 years ago. Thanks for
any help........
