everything went so well. For the Arroz con Dulce remember that you have to put the rice previously in water that covers it completely for a couple of hours. That will produce the desired texture in your dessert. After my mothers death I dont prepare a Christmas Party anymore. But I feel so happy with your success as if I was there.
