Hello Gladys,

I am glad you liked what I posted and glad that it will helpo you.

I would like to ask you for the recipe for Puerto Rican Pastel. Can you share with us? I have tasted them and they are yummy!!

Keep on posting your wonderful stories and recipes because I am sure they are greatly enjoyed by all.

Where in Puerto Rico do you live? My Mom has many wonderful Puerto Ricans for friends, they are all nice.
