It came out perfect (The Pasteles), my friends and family couldn't believe I put it together, except for the ones that help put it together. They were pack with so much pork they thought I hit the number or something.. lol
And we had no much Sause left from cooking the pork and seasoned oil, that I used it to make gandules and rice, I can not tell how good the flavor was. I also made Coquito and Arroz con dulce but the Arroz con dulce didn't come out right, the rice was raw no matter how long I cook it. I'll try again before New Years. The sofrito was good too. Thank you so much and I'm sure my friends and family thank you too. Take care and Happy Holidays.
