I've been looking for recipe that reminded me of my grandmother Pasteles recipe, I haven't had a good Pastales since she passed away in 94. So I'm getting a party together to make them like the old days. Your recipe fits what I remember why I use to help her make them. Thank you very much and I wish you and your family Happy Holidays.
