Hi Sue,

Actually, if you can get to some of the larger Asian markets in Seattle, you can probably find Chow Fun noodles packaged in vacuum-packed bags (usually 3 individual servings overwrapped with a larger plastic bag); they're labeled Chow Fun. All the stores here in Hawaii carry them, but I haven't been able to find any online sources. The noodles will keep, shelf-stable or refrigerated, for months!
