Terrie - re: Italian Wine & Cheese Party

Misc.
Sorry, I'm new to the "message board" stuff. I will be attending a wine & cheese tasting. I am to bring an Italian wine & cheese...as well as an appropriate appetizer. I really like Pinot Grigio and "big" reds, but am open to anything. I know the least about Italian wine and cheeses and could use some help.
