a restuarent thats a fav of some girlfriends and I here in S.A. They do the most devine seaweed salad with a gingery garlic based dressing I can eat bowls of it and have done so!!!!!They also do the most tender Dimsum I,ve ever tasted I,ve tryed to replikate it at home,and its not too bad,if you,de like the rec I,ll post it for you along with a wonderful coriander dipping sauce.
Hope all is well Gina,its pouring down with muchneeded rain here and has been doing so for 2 days so its definately duck weather!
On My news front My Sarah is getting ready for her first job,shes going to work in a little family run Hotel in the Mountains which is a wonderful oppertunity for her.We take her down tomorrow so its been busy shopping finalising bank accounts etc and also Richie is off on an educational camp on Monday so there is all his clothes to sort out.Gosh how time flys I can,e believe my little girl is leaving home I feel very happy for her but I,m a little heart sore but so very happy for her.
I,ve still my Uncle here,he flys off to Aussie for 3 weeks on teusday then back to us for a week so its been quite a houseful and we,ve started building again!
Wishing you a wonderful Sunday,think I,ll make a huge pot of soup today to warm everyone up!
