Hi Julie,

Perhaps you can somehow replicate that delicious sounding Seaweed Salad, the dressing sounds divine. I would certainly love to have that recipe.

Oh how wonderful, one of your little birds is finally ready to try her wings!! I am sure you have done a fantastic job with her and now she is ready to prove to the world all her learnings from home. Yes, it is a bittersweet moment when they finally grow up, but at the same time, a delight to see the product you have been honing for so many years turn out so well.

My best wishes to her on her first adventure into the real world!!

Oh, before I forget, please send some of that rain down our way...we are absolutely parched!!
