I love bringing dishes like this to our monthly clubhouse potluck dinners. Would you be able to tell me about how much this makes?

I have a professional stainless steel square pan that is bigger than any 9x13 size pan, so it would take quite a bit to fill it - would you think this recipe would do that? It seems to be about the right amounts to do that.
