time tables for pressure canning

I have a table that tells the time and pressure for most fruits.Most are about 8 minutes at 6 lb.I do that sometimes. Just depends on which canner I may have handy or what it is I am canning. I do all my tomato products in the pressure canner now. I am not about to take a chance with the acid content not being high enough.Besides,water bathing tomatoes with out adding liquid takes 85 minutes!! That is too long for me. I do all my salsa,etc.I do not pressure jams and jellies,I don't see a need for it.I just know that it is not recommended to do pickles in pressure canner.
