Thank You: Boiling water Canner

Thank you for your help Wendy! I will definitely remember about the depth of the canner. I want to start out slowly, carefully, so I am going to forgo the pressure canner for now, I am mostly interested in canning items which don't need the pressure canner. Hopefully we'll have some fun with this!
