Trish,
I used your recipe for marinated pork roast. It was easy and absolutely fantastic. There was not one bite left. Everyone loved it. My party was a huge success and I really appreciate this recipe. I plan to use it again. I had this roast, chicken tetrazzini, Mexican spoon bread, broccoli casserole, Waldorf salad, Caesar salad, and five bean salad. It was all a lot of work to do by myself, and it will be awhile before I attempt a dinner party for 30.
