Recipe(tried): Hungarian Goulash Better Homes and Gardens (variation)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Here is a photo of the Hungarian Goulash recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook from 1970/1971. When my husband and I were first married and broke as a joke, I used to make this using ground beef instead of the round steak to make it cheaper and it was still good. Made it this past winter for some friends and one of the guy friends said, "This is goulash???" This is also when I learned to make homemade noodles as the recipe was there along with it.

A note from Betsy at Recipelink:
Thank you for your note - I think recipes with memories are usually the best! I'm sorry that your photo didn't import for some reason (maybe too big?) Please feel free to try again if you have time and I'll add it here.
