We really like Thai food, too, Carolyn:-)

Misc.
We liked this recipe a lot, and the bonus was that is "slimmed". I suppose it is a recipe written for Western tastes but who cares if it tastes good? It was fun to make, and, for me, the best part was that it was something we liked so much more than any stir-fry I have ever made.

As for the potstickers, Carolyn, you were right on regarding how to cook them. The directions on Trader Joe's package were just as you described, and we did like them. They have shrimp, chicken, and vegetarian ones. I had bought the shrimp potstickers so we had the big shrimp meal:-) They were definitely easier than making one's own, but your potsticker making party sounds like wonderful fun:-)!! Besides, I'm very sure homemade ones are much better than store bought ones.
