What a great, and hearty meal, Carolyn!

We have had incredible weather this week - high 59's, low 60's, and, on Friday, it's supposed to be 73! These temperatures are way above nowmal for us, for this time of the year. Next week, we will be in realty again so, then I could give your goulash a try.

I wasn't quite prepared for this warm weather so we have had some cooler weather meals ourselves, but tomorrow night and Friday night, I'll have DH firing up the grill.
