ONE SKILLET DINNER
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup medium noodles, uncooked
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Cook crumbled beef in butter in skillet over high heat until browned.
Stir in uncooked noodles, tomato sauce, salt, basil and pepper. Cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 2 large servings
