What to bring to a potluck?

My husband has been asked to bring something to the Office potluck
this Saturday. He has chosen to bring a Main Dish and it has to feed
about 15 people. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can make?
We don't want to make the ususal things like chili or spaghetti. Does
anyone have something "diffrent" that they've brought to a pot luck? Any
and all help is greatly appreciated! I love this board, I come almost every day to catch up on all the wonderful recipes!
