Recipe: Chocolate Pudding Pie

CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE

1 ready to bake pie crust
1 (3 1/2 pkg.) vanilla instant pudding
1 (4 oz. pkg.) chocolate instant pudding
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
FOR SERVING:
whipped topping
1 (1 ounce) square semi-sweet chocolate

Bake pie crust, according to directions on package, for 1 crust pie.

Mix pudding and milk. Stir in spices and ice cream. Pour into pie crust and freeze at least 4 hours.

TO SERVE:
Top with whipped cream dollops and with chocolate curls.

CHOCOLATE CURLS:
Use a peeling tool or knife to make chunks of semi-sweet chocolate. Carefully draw blade toward thumb along edge of chunk to form curl.

Makes 1 (9-inch) pie
