Wow Betsy, sooooo many choices!!!

I just roasted a turkey breast for the 4 of us this year, but looking at all of these makes me (almost) wish I'd done a big ol' gobbler. I do think that leftovers from Thanksgiving are just about the best eatin' around though--yum!
