Hi Jackie!

Your avocado and shrimp salad sound divine! I have copied the recipe to try out when I come back from Birmingham next Tueday. It just sounds like the coolest salad ever!

It has been quite hot here in Georgia too! I went out earlier this evening to hand water my garden and I came back in looking like I had been to a spa sauna...yikes!!

Glad you like that awesome pie, it's so "Floridian", makes you feel like you're in the Keys! LOL!
