You stay cool, too, June!

Misc.
I think that, once, we even tried squeezing fresh Key limes for the recipe. It was tedious, to say the least! :-( The Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice makes quick work when making the recipe. I have to say that I was really pleasantly surprised at how good it is! It's waaay better than the "Real" Lime Juice" stuff which is terrible. Fortunately, I never used the "Real Lime Juice" for the pie, and it definitely wouldn't work.

It is a bit cooler, here, today but the humidity is still pretty horrible. Humidity, and heat wise, we are supposed to get some relief but not until Sunday, or Monday so we shall just "hang in there":-) I suspect that the Cape is a bit cooler and more comfortable for you and your DH. I was thinking about you all on Tuesday, and yesterday, when it was so very hot and uncomfortable here. I hope you are enjoying your summer at the Cape, June! Are the clams delicious? Oh, and speaking of clams, I recently tried a recipe from Ina Garten for clams on the grill. It was great. I should post it. It's more of an appetizer than a main dish.
