Boil very lightly big chunks of yuca. The chunks must have a lot of body (be almost uncooked/ like for the plantains). Drain the chunks.
Prepare a skillet for frying with oil. Prepare your tostonera greasing it with oil.
Put your chunks in the tostonera, press them & fry the yuca tostones in medium high heat, until slightly golden.
Drain again the tostones de yuca & add some Mojo with olive oil, garlic & some adobo over them. Delicious.
