Thanks for the great looking bread recipe, Jackie!

I especially like the bread machine instructions. Nothing seems quite as easy to me as taking a few minutes to load it, and then yum! look at all the great stuff you can make. All the other recipes I have seen for this artisan-type slow rise bread seemed to make such a HUGE batch, I couldn't even wrap my mind around where the heck I was supposed to store that dough!

I will be trying this very soon. Thanks!!
