Yorkshire Pudding Tips

Misc.
Hi Louise,

Just made Yorkshire Pudding last Sunday. My best advise
is to make sure all ingredients are at room temp. Can be made hour or so ahead.

Use cupcake pan .Place about 1/4 inch of grease in each . Put in oven and heat at 400 degree's til smoking. Then pour in batter and bake per your recipe.
