Your words read like a well-written book, and I was transported to your beaches there in the sun, Gladys. What a wonderful day you had, and such great food as well. Are you able to control your blood sugars with diet as of now? My DH is an insulin dependent diabetic, but that Black Forest Cake would have been his downfall for the day. YUMMMM!
